1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (recommended)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small additional charge

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • Tracking ID via WhatsApp / SMS / Email
  • You can track your order in real-time

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders
  • Our team may confirm COD orders via call or WhatsApp
  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or not delivered:
    • Contact us within 5 days of expected delivery
  • In case of failed delivery due to:
    • Wrong address
    • Customer unavailable
      Re-shipping charges may apply

7. Damaged or Open Package

  • Do not accept tampered or damaged packages
  • Record an unboxing video for proof
  • Report within 24–48 hours for quick resolution

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India
