Refund policy

At Rudraa Creation, we aim to provide the best quality sarees. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong item delivered
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original packaging and tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or altered sarees
  • Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences)

Once approved, we will arrange return pickup or guide you for shipping.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only after product inspection
  • Refund method:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (if preferred)
  • Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer, we can send a replacement saree instead of refund (subject to availability)

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover shipping
  • Otherwise, customer may need to bear return shipping cost

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Important Note

We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of damage or missing items. Without proof, returns may not be accepted.
